About Andy Talamantez - A Los Angeles native who moved to Nashville in 2008, has been a gigging musician since his teens. After performing part time while he worked in the aerospace industry for 23 years, Talamantez took the full-time music plunge in 1997.

We are Artists because we have a calling. We want to spend most of our time working on our craft and honing our skills, not worrying about whether or not we are able to keep affordable and meaningful healthcare. Dr. Janice Johnston is chair of the Blues Foundation's HART Fund, which helps Blues musicians with medical, dental and funeral expenses.  In addition, she also provides onsite health screenings at the Blues Music Awards, International Blues Challenge, Big Blues Bender, Americana and Folk Alliance. Janice also serves as a preferred medical provider for Musicares in the State of Arizona and has provided comprehensive health screenings for musicians on their behalf.
